Initial Nutrition Coaching Session
Regardless of your goal, meeting with our nutrition coach will give you the guidance and resources necessary to optimize your nutrition and eating habits. We offer both virtual and in-person coaching sessions to accommodate everyone’s needs. Come prepared to dive-in and discuss all aspects of your fitness goals and dietary behaviors.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
The resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the amount of energy (calories) a body burns while at rest. This is the amount of energy needed to perform vital body functions such as respiration and circulation. The RMR can vary with age, sex, fitness level, and lean body mass. Using breath analysis, we can measure an individual’s RMR, which can be used to inform decisions regarding diet and exercise plans.

Body Composition with DXA Scan
For highly trained athletes, even a small change in body composition can significantly affect performance.
Body composition monitoring provides valuable information that athletes and their trainers can use to adjust diet and training regimens. Body composition measurement helps establish a starting point and a target, helping any athlete to pursue a specific goal.
